Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
You may return your order within fourteen days of receiving it, as long as no promotional period is active at the time of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a free replacement, and no return is required. Please submit a claim through our Contact Us Claim page and follow the instructions provided. Once we receive your request, we will assist you with a replacement at no cost.
How to Return an Item
1. To request a refund or exchange, visit our Contact Us.
2. You will receive an email with return instructions based on your location.
3. Carefully package the item and send it according to the provided instructions.
4. Once your return is received, it will be processed within ten business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or secure shipping service when returning items.
Exchanges
When requesting an exchange, the same return conditions apply. After the returned item is received at our warehouse, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded. Please Contact Us.
