Where is my order or shipping confirmation?

If you received the order confirmation but not the shipping email, your order has most likely not been shipped yet. My delivery attempt failed. What should I do?
If delivery was unsuccessful, the package may be sent to a nearby pickup location. Please contact your local postal service to find out where your parcel is available for collection. You can also use your local carrier’s tracking system or a universal tracking website for additional updates.

When will sold out items be restocked and what does preorder mean?
Sold out items are usually restocked within one month. If you are waiting for a specific product, please contact us for more information.

What is the return address?
Return instructions and address details can be found on our returns page. You can also contact us with your tracking number, and we will respond within 24 hours.

How do I adjust or put on a cuff or ring?
To adjust the size, carefully open and bend the ring or cuff until it fits comfortably. For a standard fit, adjust it while wearing the piece. For a tighter fit, adjust it while not wearing it to apply more pressure. The metal is strong and designed to handle resizing.

If you need to reduce the size significantly and the ends overlap, we recommend using a cloth while bending. A detailed size guide is available on our website.

Which payment methods do you accept and is payment secure?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, iDeal, Klarna, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. We do not store or access your payment information.

What materials are your products made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from recycled stainless steel 316L, a surgical-grade material known for its durability and long lifespan. It is resistant to rust, corrosion, tarnishing, fading, and skin reactions. We also offer selected pieces made from 925 silver and 18K gold-plated stainless steel.

How long does shipping take to my country?
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and details are available on our shipping page.

Orders for Europe, Africa, and Asia can be placed on this website. For North and South America, please consider using our regional store. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are handled through a separate website.
