This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when purchasing from Elviro. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below.


Order Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item from your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items and contact you to discuss the next steps, including waiting for restock or receiving a refund.


Shipping and Delivery Time

Elviro currently offers one standard shipping option.

We ship orders to the Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, and Spain.

Due to high order volumes, delivery times may be impacted. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination and carrier processing.


Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


Tracking Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity may not appear immediately and can update as the shipment moves through the delivery network.


Delays and Delivery Issues

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days, please contact our support team. We will assist in locating your order and resolving any issues related to delivery delays.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for a refund if lost.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost, and Elviro cannot be held responsible for theft or loss after delivery.


Returns
